The Importance Of Implementing Your Own Email Marketing System

An email system, also called as a follow-up system, is basically the
process of capturing the contact details of your prospects so that you can send
them some emails from time to time. Sending them emails will be a way to remind
them of your business, to inform them of future offers, and to warm them up to
your enterprise.

There are 3 critical reasons why you should implement an email system
for your online business.  These are:

* You can contact your customers again and inform them of your future offers. 
        Studies show that 67% of online sales come from repeat orders from existing
        customers. So, if a person decides to buy something from you, don't allow
        him to walk away immediately after the transaction.  Get his contact detail
        so that it'll be easier for him to find you next time.

* You can contact the people who decided not to buy from you the first time
        around. Just because they didn't like what you previously offered doesn't
        mean they won't like what you will be offering in the future.
        You've spent a lot of money and hard work in getting them to visit your website. 
        Don't allow them to walk away.  Get their contact details.  Send them regular
        emails. Warm them up to your business. Remember, at the average, it takes 12
        contacts with a prospect before he will decide to buy what you're offering. 
        Email is the best way to ensure that you'll be able to contact a
        prospect that many times, and even more.

* You can establish contact with the people who were quite undecided when they
        first encountered your offer.  When a person visits your website,
        one of three possibilities is bound to happen: either he'll decide to buy your
        product; or he won't be interested with it and leave your sales page; or he'll
        entertain some doubts about your product and decide to take some time to think
        about it.  The problem with the third possibility is, chances are, the person
        will soon forget about ever encountering your offer. You have to remind him
        of this. You have to get his contact details and send him regular emails so
